3-year-old hit and killed by car while eating at restaurant with family on Father’s Day

A 3-year-old girl was killed when a car driven by 18-year-old Jasmine McFadden struck her at an outdoor dining area in Beachwood, Ohio, on Father’s Day. McFadden, who was driving without a license, was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, and former Cleveland State basketball player Kenneth McFadden, who was in the front seat, initially claimed to be the driver.
