Winery owner seriously injured after stepping in to protect bartender from customers, sheriff says
A winery owner in Ohio was seriously injured when he intervened to protect a bartender from a group of customers during a dispute over taking alcohol onto a boat. Eric Blose was arrested for assaulting the owner, who sustained a cracked jaw and head injury. Blose was charged with felonious assault and remains in jail.
