Winery owner seriously injured after stepping in to protect bartender from customers, sheriff says

A winery owner in Ohio was seriously injured after being attacked by a customer while intervening to protect a bartender during a dispute over alcohol policies. The attacker, Eric Blose, was arrested two weeks later and charged with felonious assault.
