A teen fell 50 feet on Disneyland's Tiana's Bayou Adventure ride, which lacked belts or lap bars during the incident. California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health's Amusement Ride & Tramway Unit inspected the ride and approved it to reopen after finding no operational issues.
