Former ‘Parent of the Year’ facing over 45 charges for sexually assaulting teen girls, authorities say
Ulric Jeffery Ulroan, a 48-year-old Alaska man, faces 47 charges including sexual abuse and assault of teenage girls between 2009-2010 and 2015-2017. He was a certified foster parent, mayor of Chevak, and basketball coach, with charges alleging abuse of at least six victims. Ulroan is currently jailed in Anvil Mountain Correctional Center with a $250,000 bail.
