Lebanon and Israel sign framework agreement in Washington for 'lasting peace and security'

Lebanon and Israel signed a framework agreement in Washington aimed at achieving 'lasting peace and security.' The agreement was announced near the heavily damaged historic market of Nabatiyeh in southern Lebanon.
