Infant shot, killed by 10-year-old, investigators say

A 7-month-old infant, Kiyomi Parker, was shot and killed in St. Louis on June 25 by a 10-year-old boy. The child was taken into custody, and a 19-year-old man was also arrested for gun charges. The infant was pronounced dead at the hospital after emergency responders transported her there.
