Infant shot, killed by 10-year-old, investigators say

A 7-month-old infant, Kiyomi Parker, was shot and killed in St. Louis on June 25 by a 10-year-old boy, according to police. A 19-year-old man was also arrested for gun charges. The incident occurred in the Baden neighborhood, marking the second infant shooting in St. Louis City that week.
