Climbers rescued from Tahquitz Rock in San Bernardino National Forest
A pair of climbers were rescued in the San Bernardino National Forest after they became stuck on the West Lark route at Tahquitz Rock, near Idyllwild. The Riverside Mountain Rescue Unit, the Sierra Madre Search and Rescue Team and a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department helicopter were called to the rescue at 4:41 a.m. Sunday.
