Man’s arm found in Illinois lake

A man's arm with distinguishable tattoos, including a skeleton holding a Green Bay Packers’ helmet and another appearing to be a letter or number, was found floating in Lake Mattoon, Illinois. State police and a dive team are investigating as part of a death inquiry.
