Pasadena Senator Praises Supreme Court Ruling Upholding Birthright Citizenship

State Sen. Sasha Renée Pérez praised the U.S. Supreme Court's 6-3 ruling upholding birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment’s Citizenship Clause. The decision rejected an executive order from President Donald that sought to limit citizenship for children born in the U.S. to undocumented or temporarily present parents.
