Brazil Puts 23 Pre-Salt Oil Blocks on the Block in Rio
Brazil’s oil regulator is offering 23 pre-salt oil blocks in its next production-sharing round, with eight blocks in the Campos Basin and thirteen in the Santos Basin. Companies had until July 21, 2026, to declare interest, with a public session scheduled for August.
