Contractors help prevent major damage in school rooftop fire in Davidson during extreme heat

Contractors working on the roof of The Community School of Davidson's commercial building acted before firefighters arrived to prevent major damage during a rooftop fire. The fire was reported to the Cornelius-Lemley Fire Rescue, which confirmed the incident occurred in Davidson, N.C.
