AJK Supreme Court defers hearing on petition against PTI’s provisional registration
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Supreme Court deferred hearing on the Election Commission’s application for interim relief against a high court order directing provisional registration of PTI as a political party. The court will address the application alongside the Election Commission’s petition for leave to appeal after registry scrutiny, with no hearing date fixed before the July 27 elections due to the court’s summer recess.
