Six Kurdish fighters killed in clashes with Iran, says opposition group
A Kurdish opposition group reported six of its fighters were killed in clashes with Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps near the Iraq border. The Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (PDKI) stated the fighting occurred near Qazqapan, Iran, and described the group as being based in Iraqi Kurdistan and labeled a terrorist organization by Tehran.
