Wealth manager gets new office in South End

Novare Capital Management, a Charlotte-based wealth manager, moved to a new office on South Blvd after nearly 20 years at its previous location. The firm secured a 40% stake acquisition by Emigrant Partners in February 2025 through a debt transaction, with Emigrant prohibited from gaining a majority position. Novare manages $2 billion in assets for approximately 500 client families.
