Hornets acquire Dorian Finney-Smith, more draft picks from Rockets

The move provides Houston with roster flexibility and a $13 million trade exception, while Charlotte now holds 20 second-round picks over seven years. Finney-Smith, 33, averaged 3.3 points per game last season.
