Mysterious Manhattan building up for sale for first time in more than a decade
Aby Rosen, who purchased the mysterious 190 Bowery building in Manhattan for $55 million in 2015, is listing the six-story property with 33,000 square feet of office space for sale. Avison Young’s James Nelson is handling the sale, marking the first time the building has been available in over a decade.
