Maharashtra Council adjourned; 13 killed in rain-related incidents, says Minister

The Maharashtra Council was adjourned following record-breaking rainfall in Mumbai, Palghar, and Raigad districts, which led to 13 deaths in rain-related incidents over three to four days, as reported by Minister Girish Mahajan.
