A 4-year-old boy, Rhett Luttrell, died after a fireworks canister tipped over and struck him in the torso during a Fourth of July celebration in Ferguson, Kentucky. The incident occurred at approximately 10 p.m. on Saturday, and he was pronounced dead at the hospital.
