4-year-old boy killed by firework when cannister tips over on Fourth of July, coroner says
A 4-year-old boy named Rhett Luttrell died after a fireworks canister tipped over and struck him in the torso during a Fourth of July celebration in Ferguson, Kentucky. He was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office.
