Wedding venue fraudster faces 20 years in prison after guilty plea
Jason Lottman, the former owner of a Monroe wedding venue, pleaded guilty to wire fraud after defrauding customers and investors of over $1 million. Victims include Amber Wells and Clara Vengoechea, who paid tens of thousands of dollars for services that were not provided. The U.S. Attorney's office and FBI are involved in the case.
