A Virginia man, Charles Dean Pace, was charged with four counts of second-degree murder and operating while intoxicated causing death after a high-speed crash on I-75 in Oakland County killed four people, including two children. Prosecutors stated Pace had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit and a prior alcohol-related offense.
