Chinese-backed apps Keeta and 99 are entering Brazil’s food-delivery market, challenging iFood, which holds 80% of a $20 billion market. Keeta’s owner has pledged $1 billion over five years, using lower fees and subsidies to attract restaurants. iFood has responded to the competition.
