Shiv Narayan Sharma, chairing the District Road Safety Committee meeting, announced that safety measures have been completed at 108 of the 236 identified sites in the Annamayya district. The in-charge Collector has directed officials to expedite road safety improvements.

Collector Nishanth Kumar announced a climate resilience plan in Annamayya to address El Niño conditions. The strategy includes water conservation modules, climate-resilient agriculture methods, micro-irrigation, drinking water security, and livestock protection.
