Yankees outfielder Cody Bellinger is nearing a rehab assignment with Triple-A Scranton after being on the 10-day injured list since July 26. Meanwhile, Yankees manager Aaron Boone expressed hope that Max Fried's second stint on the injured list will be minor. Both players dealt with injuries: Bellinger has a left hamstring strain, and Fried has inflammation from a left elbow bone bruise.
