A manhunt is underway in California for Jonathan Bays, who allegedly attacked someone with a samurai-style sword during a drug-fueled party, causing serious injuries. Bays, a transient with a prior conviction for sexual battery of a minor, fled the scene and is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities are using helicopters and K-9 units to locate him.
