The Gauhati High Court has issued a notice to the Centre, Indian Air Force (IAF), and Mizoram government over a petition challenging the acquisition of 110 bighas of land in Lengpui village. The petition alleges compensation was paid to individuals who were not lawful landowners of the acquired land.
