Qing dynasty

In 1776, 56 men met in the Pennsylvania State House to draft the Declaration of Independence, a document that articulated revolutionary ideals of freedom and equality. Thomas Jefferson, tasked with drafting the text, created a statement that challenged historical norms of monarchy and inspired global movements for human rights.
