Davidson County residents have until 4 p.m. on Friday, June 26, to schedule a formal appeal for property tax values or classifications. The deadline applies to appeals before the Metropolitan Board of Equalization or its Hearing Officers, and failure to act may result in the 2026 assessment being finalized.
