A grocery-anchored center in Union County, North Carolina, sold for $21.4 million to Wood Union Town Center LLC, affiliated with BC Wood Properties. The previous owner, UTC Investors LLC linked to Fernau LeBLanc Investment Partners, had acquired the 15-acre site for $16.2 million in February 2023.
