Qantas plans a 22-hour London-Sydney nonstop flight, set for October next year
Qantas Airways plans to launch the world’s longest direct flight between London and Sydney in October next year, using modified Airbus A350-1000 jets. The 17,015-kilometer route will take 19-22 hours, surpassing Singapore Airlines’ current longest direct flight. The flight will carry 238 passengers, with 140 in economy class, and include a Wellbeing Zone for passenger comfort.
