Man accused of recording under girl’s skirt during concert, weeks after doing it at Target, police say

Brandon Cora, 27, is charged with photographing intimate parts of a 13-year-old girl at a concert in Massachusetts after allegedly recording under her skirt. Cora admitted to similar behavior at a Target store weeks prior and disclosed he has Asperger syndrome and struggles with sexual attraction.
