Man accused of recording under girl’s skirt during concert, weeks after doing it at Target, police say
A 27-year-old man is accused of secretly recording under a 13-year-old girl’s skirt during a Black Crowes concert in Massachusetts and previously at a Target store. He admitted to officers he has Asperger syndrome and issues with sexual attraction, and a judge ordered him to remain under house arrest with GPS monitoring and no contact with children.
