Man accused of recording under girl’s skirt during concert, weeks after doing it at Target, police say

Brandon Cora, 27, is accused of secretly recording under a 13-year-old girl’s skirt during a Black Crowes concert in Massachusetts and previously at a Target store. He admitted to officers that he has Asperger syndrome and 'problems with sexual attraction,' acknowledging he has done this before. Cora is charged with photographing sexual or intimate parts of a child and is under house arrest with GPS monitoring.
