Pair accused of dismembering a body after arm found floating in lake
James Adams and Robin Turner were arrested and charged with concealing a homicide and dismembering a human body after a human arm was found in Lake Mattoon. The remains were identified as Dalewayne Turner, and additional evidence was discovered during a search of a Plainfield home.
