Pair accused of dismembering a body after arm found floating in lake

Two suspects were arrested after human remains were found in Lake Mattoon, Illinois. James Adams and Robin Turner were charged with concealment of a homicide and dismembering a human body following the discovery of a human arm and additional remains. The identified victim was Dalewayne Turner, and further evidence was found during a home search in Plainfield.
