Charlotte’s NoDa neighborhood is set to receive a new mixed-use development, Pass 42, as Atlanta-based developer Third & Urban plans to convert a former warehouse on Raleigh Street into a 120,000-square-foot space with office, retail, restaurant, and recreational amenities.
