Jersey Mike’s now No. 1 in customer satisfaction, pushing Chick-fil-A out of top spot, study shows

Jersey Mike’s has surpassed Chick-fil-A as the top-rated fast-food chain in customer satisfaction, scoring 84 out of 100 compared to Chick-fil-A’s 83. Culver’s and Burger King tied for the highest satisfaction in the burger category with 78, while Sonic saw a 5% increase in satisfaction due to value offerings.
